Joseph Sciarrillo, President

Joe founded NTA 40 years ago. The intent was to bring modern quality/productivity improvement training programs to manufacturers.  Early on, NTA discovered State funding sources through various grant programs.  This funding was earmarked to improve the State’s workforce development.  Linking NTA’s training to the funding source seemed a natural, and the Company’s charter was born. Over the years we have had offices in 6 states and employed many great quality/productivity consultants.  We have worked with thousands of companies of all sizes and industries.

Today Joe is still very active in the operations of NTA including writing grants and consulting with clients and managing employees and daily operations.
